The bad boy Cam Gigandet who plays James in Twilight was spotted in Beverly Hills on December 29 wearing a kilt, argyle tights and leather boots... and he's not Scottish. I would also like to point out that he has a 'Man-bag' but I think he offsets the laughter simply becasue he took a iPhone out if it, and we all know how cool they are! No one has said if it was for a particular reason, Cam just seem to like wearing kilts when he goes out and about. Which is strange but really cool of him. It also brings up the question of what he wears under that kilt ;)
