New Moon song??

OK guys I just got the email:

"My name is Josh Ryan, and I am in a band called Secrets in Stereo. I am writing you today to let you know about something, I think, is really cool that's happening (and building buzz everyday) between myself and Twilight fans around the world. I think it's something you might be interested in, and would be ecstatic if you deem it worthy to make note of in your blog.

Long story short... I am teaming up with Twilight fans everywhere to create a song to pitch to New Moon. My goal is for it to be the perfect fan's song. I think that's pretty cool, don't you? And, I assure you I'm not some amateur artist. I take what I do very seriously, and do it at a high level. I've had songs in Grey's Anatomy, The Hills, The Real World, etc. And, I have a few ways of getting this song to the right people.

There is a back story to how Secrets in Stereo and Twilight connected. It's pretty cool...

My song, “Again,” was randomly used in a Youtube video about Twilight. (you can view it at... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8zi43msWAg). And, it got an amazing response (over 800,000 views as of today). The song just connected. It said everything Twihards wanted to hear. Gave me chills, to be honest. Part of that response, was Twilight fans asking me to write a song for the next installment of the story, New Moon. After much thought (and after “experts” telling me it’s not worth it), I decided to put it back in the Twilight fans’ hands.

I made a video describing the journey. The response for it has been just as overwhelming. Check it out...

And I just checked the song out and its awesome! Its so twilightly, I love it! Im sure he will be able to whip out another great song for New Moon.

So go check out the song and his blog (http://www.secretsinstereo.com/blog/) and leave him some comments with either advise for the song he wants to write or just a nice, encouraging comment!

Wish you all the best on your mission Josh!!!

'Jonas Brothers' new moon song...

Oh golly gosh. I assume you have all heard about the Jonas brothers wanting to be on the New Moon soundtrack by now.

Well 4tnz has just released what they think a Jonas brothers song would sound like if they sung on the New Moon soundtrack...

"The Jonas Brothers recently said that they would love to get in on Twilight mania by being on the New Moon soundtrack. Well, we figured, why wait?

We came up with the perfect song for them to sing — and they wouldn't even have to think of a new tune! Our friend Thomas Harling (not the JoBros, but just as cute), did the vocals. And we think it sounds awesome!"

Its funny, but I really dont want the 'Jo Bros' on the New Moon soundtrack. Their really not right for it.

OK! Got their 'facts' wrong

Awww already one of the seven 'facts' posted by OK! Mag has been proven to be false... Why am I not surprised!

According to Paramore's live journal the 'fact' of them being in the New Moon soundtrack is FALSE!

ahhhh... And I was really excited about that one.

7 twilight 'secrets'

Ooo I just love a good secret! But 7 is even better!

OK! Magazine have just released '7 Secrets of the Twilight Sequel' Some we already know (The perks of being a twilight fanatic) and some we didn't:

1# Ben Barnes is not Aro

2# Kristen Stewart has a boyfriend of 4 years

3# The cast dont know/haven't seen their lines!

4# 90210AnnaLynne McCord is set to play Heidi while Michael Vayda is going to play Jared

5# Paramore will be on the New Moon soundtrack but not RPattz

6# Taylor's magical muscles and how he got them

7# Dakota Fanning is Jane...

Source: OK!

We just have to be careful with OK! Mag because they are know for starting rumours all the time, but if this was all the truth, awesome!

Michael Vayda as Jared? Great, another hot guy... :D

No MCR in NM

Sorry My Chemical Romance fans, they wont be in the New Moon soundtrack. In a recent interview with MTV they stated that there songs wouldn't 'fit' with the New Moon/Vampire thing...

"So, after knocking it out of the park with “Desolation Row,” [from Watchmen] are My Chem looking at a second career (after, you know, being in a rock band) scoring films? Given their former, rather vampirish past, they seem naturals for “Twilight” sequel “New Moon.”

“I don’t think so,” Way said. “We’re very choosy. … There were a few films that we didn’t do the song for because it didn’t fit. I guess a lot of people would say that a vampire movie would fit, but I would disagree with that these days. Even since Black Parade, I would kind of disagree with that. I don’t know if we’d be interested in that.”"

Meh, fair enough. But I would of loved to hear one of their songs in New Moon.
